ABOUT US

We are Taking Small Steps to Make Earth Better Planet

Christ Church is a traditional Anglican Parish Church at the heart of Erith. We are privileged to worship God in a beautiful church building and we strive to profess and live out the Christian faith in the local community. Our church is open to everyone – we are inclusive of all and you will be most welcome.  Our Vision is to Grow Church by sharing Christ’s peace, love,  joy, and  hope.

Christ Church belongs to the Church of England and is in the Diocese of Rochester.

Christ Church Erith PCC has  formally adopted the House of Bishops safeguarding policy ‘Promoting a Safer Church’; We have a Parish Safeguarding Officer for Children and a Parish Safeguarding Officer for Adults.

We have an outstanding church school – Christ Church (Erith) CE VA Primary School. The School offers 360 degree education which develops the whole child, socially, academically and spiritually. Visit http://www.christchurch.bexley.sch.uk for more information.
